EXPERIENCE
Sandoz Senior Project and Operations Manager
Mar 2023 – Aug 2025
Tools: JIRA, Monday.com, Service Now, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint (al project assets) Managed implementation and maintenance of Trulla Direct. It is a SaaS ordering portal used by buyers in hospitals and specialty pharmacies to purchase product from suppliers such as Sandoz. There were multiple teams involved in the development of the solution. Three vendor teams participated in the effort. One from Spend Mend who owns the Trulla Direct application. This implementation was a new solution for the company with Sandoz as the initial supplier. The Esker Order Management team was involved along with IBM Sterling for file management and the Sandoz internal SAP and CPI teams who created the master data and EDI files and consumed the ordering information. These teams were distributed across the globe in France, Utah, New Jersey, Chicago, and India. Hence there was a complex system’s integration component of the solution. Furthermore, managing meetings across multiple time zones was challenging. In addition, the business team members were actively involved in the project since the addition of buyers for direct purchasing is a complex process for pharmaceuticals. We went live on time and within budget. Recently, we released an administrative portal for the suppliers to manage the addition of new buyers to the service as well as running diagnostic reports on usage and other critical data. I was responsible for coordinating and managing the effort across the multiple teams, reporting to team and Sandoz leadership, managing risk, budget – all the typical project management tasks. We had a great team who worked well together despite the differences in location and employer. It was a pleasure to be part of this project. I continued supporting the application after its initial release managing enhancements, order issues, adding customers to the application and customer strategy with the Trulla and Sandoz teams. Sandoz Sales Force Automation (SCOUT) QA Manager – Contracts and CRM Jan 2025 – Aug 2025
Tools: JIRA, Monday.com, Service Now, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint (all project assets) Lead the business team performing QA testing of US Sales Force Automation - Contracts updates. All stories and test scripts were created in JIRA by IT team with review and approval of business team members. This was a challenging role for me since I had no Sales Force Automation experience, but I learned with the help of my team members. My Project Management skills were key to coordinating and executing the test scripts ensuring the IT support team uploaded test data and ensured all roles had sufficient information available to execute the tests from start to end with data integrated with SAP. IT and business leadership meetings occurred where I reported the progress and issues we were experiencing. The release was a success. Following this role, I was assigned to manage the US Scout CRM updates as the QA manager. This rollout included the use of the Pitcher application (on iPad and laptop) as well. One of the Pitcher functions enables the use of emails for the sales force to send to their HCP, HCO, etc. customers. These “Rep Triggered Emails” (RTE) were previously managed using MS Outlook with no controls or tracking capabilities. The testing of these RTE’s was particularly difficult based on Sandoz security and compliance regulations. Functionality included in this rollout was the use of Pitcher admin to distribute approved emails to various sales teams, interaction planning and execution, sending of RTE’s, time off tracking to manage impact on call adherence, sharing marketing tactics for interactions, multiple reports, account management, and others. Scout CRM and Pitcher are tightly integrated with similar features available on both. I also assisted the trainer during the multiple training sessions. The release continues across multiple sales teams. Sandoz Senior Project Manager
Nov 2021 - Aug 2022
Tools: JIRA, Monday.com, Service Now, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint (all project assets) Managed implementation of Esker Order Management application. It is a SaaS solution running on a MS Azure platform utilizing AI to correct Order data and expedite the entire order process. There were multiple teams dispersed globally involved in the development and release of the application. Two vendor teams worked on the solution: the Esker vendor team and IBM Sterling. There was also an offshore SAP and SAP Integration team. QLIK, Alteryx, SFTP, SSH, PI and AS2 were utilized for reporting and systems integration. In addition, the application was implemented for both the Canadian and US Sandoz businesses which required different rules, multiple business partners, testing of two applications and training of two sets of customer services representatives. I was responsible for monitoring team progress, reporting status, managing risk, overseeing finances, communications between the multiple business teams, providing solutions for deployment scheduling for two separate countries and planning of testing and training for two separate teams. I was also the project quality manager which required Raeline Meilak - page 2 of 3
