•Testing & Operation and Maintenance of 66/11KV-EHV sub-station with capacity of 8 MVA, transformers of 1* 1000 KVA, and 2*3000 KVA, 11KV/433V HT substation.

•Operation and Maintenance of 66/11KV EHV Sub-station with the capacity of 8MVA transformer in Kraft Paper plant Orchid Laminates PVT LTD.

•To carryout preventive maintenance of transformers (66/11KV – 8 MVA), distribution transformers of utilities-1000 KVA, machine and pulp mill section- 2*3000 KVA, and HT-LT distribution panels and 1*500 KVA, 1*82.5KVA generators.

•Executed BDV (Breakdown Voltage) testing of transformer oil to assess dielectric strength and insulation condition.

•Performed transformer oil filtration and dehydration using vacuum oil filtration machines to improve BDV value.

•Troubleshot low BDV values by identifying causes such as moisture, dust, or aging of oil.

•Implement LOA (Limit of Access) procedures to maintain safe working distance from live equipment in substations.

•Maintain oil quality as per standards like IEC 60156. Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation in compliance with safety standards (IS/IEC).

•Reviewed and verified GA (General Arrangements) drawings for transformers, switchgear, and substation layouts. Cross-checking BOM (Bill of Materials) with GA drawings to conform all components are including and correctly specified.

•Operation and maintenance of SF6 Breaker, ACB&VCB breakers.

•Checking sub-station batteries (55*2Volt=110V, 100AH) for voltage on hourly basis and specific gravity for daily and tightness of connection on weekly basis.

•Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly reports of substation activities, and break-downs maintenance schedules.
