Reporting to the CEO: I was responsible for driving the development and execution of a commercialization strategy for the mobile money business. I was responsible for building the commercial network (agents, billers, merchant) to drive market adoption of the company’s products and responsible for revenue growth within the organization.

PSI Zimbabwe: National Sales and Distribution Manager (July 2010 to May 2012)
PSI (www.psi.org) is a leading multinational social marketing organization with presence in 65 countries. PSI’s most notable brands are Protector Plus male condoms, Waterguard Water treatment solution, Profam family planning products and New Start Centre. PSI has about 270 employees in Zimbabwe.
Reporting to the Deputy Country Director, effectively provide leadership to 19 sales and distribution staff (plus dotted lines influence over 16 community based interpersonal communication staff) and motivating them towards the achievement of sales and distribution targets.

Developed and implemented sales and distribution strategies for all PSI products.
Achieved year on year growth in sales of more than 11% for two years in a row from 2010
