Performing recruitment life cycles as the aspects like sourcing the resource, screening, coordinating technical interviews, negotiation and follow up. Short-listing the candidates and lining them up for interviews. Updating Candidates record in respective trackers. Hands-on experience in both permanent as well as contract staffing. Having experience in sourcing profiles from Naukri.com. Handling Pre-Interview set up and Post interview follow-up with the candidates.
