Monitor and improve operational performance metrics such as productivity, registration accuracy, and cash collection; implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Manage daily cash reconciliation and support financial assistance workflows to uphold financial integrity.
Drive staff development by coordinating required training, promoting best practices, and supporting performance management initiatives.
Utilize strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills to maintain effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary and ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
