WORK EXPERIENCE:
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
Answer phones, data entry, processing mail, maintain records, and scheduling.
Maintain all files and documentation; board meeting minutes, newsletters, memos, correspondence Manage communications with all office staff. Work with diverse professional teams. Train and supervise staff.
Coordinate and maintain schedules, set appointments, keep track of calendars and events, prepare reports. Operating office equipment: copying, faxing, mail processing, supervise daily shipping. Handle employee medical insurance, including dental and vision.
Process financial transactions, manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and financial reports. Maintain a clean, safe organized, structured and efficient work environment. MANAGEMENT

Plan or direct activities such as sales promotions that require coordination with other department managers.
