Correspond via email and phone with providers and medical supervisors to assist with completion of electronic CCQAS applications. Utilize CCQAS generated reports to ensure provider’s credentials and privileges are renewed prior to expiration. Report to CMO and Credentials Function with any issues or concerns related to provider credentials profiles. Maintain and solely responsible for provider, technician, nurse, and IDMT peer review using Clinical Quality Assessment Tool to track and trend peer reviews compliance. Completed approximately 40 hours of over the shoulder CCQAS training; CCQAS ready provider file is completed electronically for team member upload.
