KEY SKILLS —
COMMUNICATION
People skills
Communications skills
Telephone skills
Computer skills
When talking with customers, I have a way of communicating with them that makes them feel at ease. I can diffuse almost any problem, and if I can’t I try to get them to the person that can. But I remain involved so that they know that I consider their problem important to me. Since leaving my last job, due to family issues, I have had so many of my former customers asking me to come back.
LEADERSHIP
In my last job, my manager had me train all our new hires into our department. We didn’t have a role at the time as a Lead Technician, but it would have fit what I was doing perfectly. I helped my manager with anything and everything that she needed that went above my regular duties. Anytime someone had a question, they typically came to me before going to my manager.
