• Developed, implemented and recognized for many productivity and efficiency initiatives. Design and implementation of racks that tracked with vehicle, reducing walk time for operators, and in- creasing direct run with decrease in defects by 50%, and the thru-put decrease of down time by 20%.Maintenance of direct-run and thru-put execution, verification inspection gates, and defect follow-up.
