Managed the Mainframe AHFC/CASS Group, overseeing AHFC/Daytime Batch (UCAS – Unit Region) and the entire Nighttime Batch process for application testing.

Administered the UCAS Daytime Process for over 5 years (Oct 2020 to present).

Executed data updates and conversions as requested by the DWH group.

Spearheaded upgrades for DB2/CICS/Zos/Cobol, advancing the CASS Group's DB2 from V8 to V13 across multiple Sunday nights from 2020 to the present.

Developed the Immobilizer System.

Architected the algorithm for the software to connect keys with Honda/Acura vehicles, currently advancing to Version 7 for upcoming model years (collaborating with HNA and Honda Japan using Cobol370/CICS/DB2/ISPF). This system was deployed on a Microfocus Platform.

Facilitated Interactive Network Processing.

Created a CICS B2C (Business to Communications) Online Processing (2-Tiered Processing) for VIN Status Processing for Honda and Acura Dealer Systems, including VIN Status Inquiry/Warranty Repair History, Key Code Inquiry, Anti-Thief Code Inquiry, and Immobilizer Code Inquiry for North America, Mexico, and Latin America using Cobol370/CICS/DB2/IMS/MQ Series/XML/ISPF. This system was deployed on a Microfocus Platform.

Enabled Locksmith Processing.

Developed a CICS B2C (Business to Communications) Online Processing between Web and CICS to retrieve key code information for vendors (e.g., Triple 'A', Honda Customers) using Cobol370/CICS/DB2/MQ Series/XML/ISPF.

Served as CICS Region Coordinator.

Ensured timely completion of Service/Warranty processes by 4 am PST after nightly batch processing and managed the investigation and correction of online abends for the Service/Warranty Region.
