AT&T –Senior-Data Analyst Alpharetta, Ga. March. 2019- 10/01/2023

• Using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Jira, Aprimo, SQL Server and Power BI tools daily collaborating directly with the client user community and business analysts to define and document data requirements for data integration and business intelligence applications.

AT&T Wholesale Billing Area Manager - PMP June 2009- Dec. 2010 Managed Billing center of thirty-seven billing representatives and six managers overseeing post billing claims.

• Coached managers leading them to resolve escalations and aiding team to successful direction. Maintained thirteen separate billing systems for all Wholesale AT&T to ensure correct billing claims and maintaining customer contracts.

• Project Managed Six Sigma teams to resolve Thrifty default biller disputes reviewing route cause analysis. January 2009-August 2010 team went from 429 disputes at $2M down to thirty open disputes at $77K, as result of leading, training and process improvements made by the team resources.

• Worked to build partnership with Legal and Sales Directors extensively for reviews of contract corrections and disputes. o Worked to assure all management and non-management employees were always within SOX compliance on all customer claims and refunds.

• Delivered training to team on all AT&T sales ordering, provisioning, and billing tools to both non- management and management on systems used by AT&T to improve teams’ performance and understanding.
