SUMMARY
Full-Stack Software Engineer building modern React and TypeScript interfaces that transformed the Securities Lending team’s mark-to-market workflow, reducing daily review time by over 90%. These interfaces were supported by scalable Spring Boot services, a dynamic query engine, and AWS-based CI/CD pipelines built for reliability at scale. Underpinning this work is a commitment to pairing solid engineering fundamentals with an AI-driven approach to accelerate delivery without compromising quality. WORK EXPERIENCE
State Street October 2024 - Present
Software Engineer Boston, MA
· Owned the design and development of a suite of React and TypeScript screens for the Securities Lending team, turning complex mark-to-market workflows into clear, purpose-built, reliable interfaces that cut daily marks review time by 93.25%, letting end users finish workflows in minutes, not hours.
· Leveraged deep understanding of React’s rendering model to architect screens with predictable Zustand-driven state flows, reusable hooks, and intentionally structured component boundaries, resulting in consistent pat- terns and highly reliable UI behavior across the application.
· Engineered scalable RESTful APIs and backend workflows with Spring Boot, JPA, and OracleDB to power bulk operations on tens of thousands of records and enable efficient querying over multi-million-row datasets, improving throughput and query reliability.
· Architected a dynamic query-parsing engine that converts front-end JSON filters into Hibernate Criteria to enable flexible multi-million-record queries, speeding page development and improving perceived frontend responsiveness.
· Applied AI-driven development using GitHub Copilot and carefully constructed Markdown prompts to ex- plore architectural alternatives, scaffold React components, hooks, and TypeScript types, and streamline complex code paths, while also creating repeatable agent files teammates could use to standardize patterns and accelerate development across the team.
· Implemented CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and containerized Spring Boot services using Docker, deploying to AWS to streamline releases, increase reliability, and support scalable cloud-native workflows. MedPro Systems July 2024 - October 2024
Aggregate Spend Specialist Mount Arlington, NJ
· Managed compliance reporting for 20 pharmaceutical accounts to ensure cross-jurisdictional alignment with federal and state aggregate spend regulations, improving audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
· Designed and implemented an automated reporting tool using Python, NumPy, pandas, and SQL to run queries, capture outputs, and format Excel/Office-compatible reports, reducing manual processing and error risk.
· Packaged the automated reporting tool as a user-friendly executable with a simple GUI so non-technical staff could run scheduled and ad-hoc reports, eliminating 90% of manual input and freeing analysts for higher-value work.
