Customer Service Representative · Healthcare & Case Management
Ilorin, Nigeria · +234-***-**** 513 · ***********@*****.***
Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to apply for the Customer Service Representative position within your healthcare setting. With a background as a Registered Nurse and 4+ years of experience coordinating cases, verifying patient information, and communicating updates across clinical teams and clients, I am confident I bring the precise mix of healthcare knowledge, communication ability, and administrative discipline this role requires.
In my clinical rotations at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital and community health postings, intake was a core part of my daily work which includes receiving new cases, verifying patient information against source documents, identifying discrepancies, and drafting complete, accurate records into hospital management systems under time pressure. This mirrors directly what your role demands: structured, accurate case intake from the first point of contact. I understand that a case not properly verified or recorded at intake creates problems throughout the entire pipeline, and I treat that first step with the care it deserves.
Assigning cases to the right physician or care team and then keeping clients informed as those cases progress, was equally central to my nursing practice. Whether coordinating handoffs between A&E and surgical teams, updating families on patient status, or escalating cases that required specialist review, I learned to communicate clearly, promptly, and with the right level of detail for each audience. Good communication in healthcare is not just professional courtesy; it directly affects outcomes. I carry that understanding into every client or colleague interaction.
On the technical side, I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRM-style platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), and standard office productivity tools. I am also certified in Anthropic's AI suite (Claude, Claude Code, Claude Cowork), which I use to improve documentation efficiency and reduce errors in high-volume workflows. Beyond tools, the critical thinking your role requires is something I have applied daily: in clinical triage, in cross-referencing case records, and in identifying patterns that flag issues before they escalate. I meet deadlines reliably, a skilll nursing taught me that late documentation is not an option.
I am available full-time and eager to bring my healthcare background, case coordination experience, and commitment to clear client communication to your team. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how I can contribute. Thank you sincerely for your time and consideration.
Yours sincerely,
Kehinde Adeyemi Adekunle
