Project Experience
San Joaquin County Solar Project, City of Stockton, French Camp & Lodi Construction Manager/QC Inspector for a $20 million dollar Capitol Project. Nine separate sites located within the San Joaquin County. SJC Sheriff’s Office Complex, Stockton Airport, DA’s Garage, Hunter St. Garage, SJC General Hospital, Micke Grove Park & Zoo, Mary Graham Children’s Center, SJC Behavioral Health Complex, and Robert Cabral Agricultural Center. Facilitated and overseen construction budget, schedule, scope and quality ensuring a successful progressive design build from design to completion on time and within client’s budget. Duties included weekly AOC meeting with Contractor, Subs and City Manager responsible for project. Reviewed and verified submittals, RFI’s, PCO’s and pay applications along with daily site inspections for public safety and quality control.
Los Banos Gateway Sign Project, Los Banos Ca. Construction Manager, responsible for managing all aspects of construction for a new Gateway sign $800,000.00 Project. Delivered within contracted schedule and within budget. Duties included weekly AOC meeting with Contractor, Subs and City Manager responsible for project. Reviewed and verified submittals, RFI’s, PCO’s and pay applications along with daily site inspections for public safety and quality control. Project commissioned and deemed successfully completed April 2024.
City of Los Banos Sunrise Ranch Community Park, Los Banos Ca.
Construction Manager, responsible for managing all aspects of construction for a new Community Park $1.3 million dollar Capitol Improvement Project. Managed concurrently with Gateway Sign Project. Delivered within contracted schedule and budget. Duties included weekly AOC meeting with Contractor, Subs and Public Works Director responsible for project. Project Kern Community College District, Porterville College, College Avenue Realignment Construction Manager, Responsible for overseeing scope of work, Project coordination with College construction department and City of Porterville Parks and Recreation ensuring project stays withing schedule and budget, Managing PCO’s and RFI’s working directly with general contractor and subcontractors on daily basis verifying quality control guidelines are being followed, Maintained time and material tags for work unforeseen and kept pictures and records of duration of work to be completed, performed weekly meetings and reports on construction progress and all work taking place onsite
City of Los Banos, New Police Headquarters/Station, Los Banos, CA. Construction Manager / QC Inspector, $24 million, 26,500 SF, Design-Build. Project consists of a main building and adjacent outbuilding. The new headquarters will include a new dispatch center, community outreach space, community meeting space, as well as police department divisions that include the traffic and code enforcement department, detectives, detention area, sally port, briefing room and evidence storage. Additional space within the main building includes a men’s and a women’s locker room, training room, break room, sleeping quarters, K-9 area and several conference rooms. The outbuilding includes two vehicle processing bays and additional storage.
County of Fresno, On-Call Sheriff Substation, Fresno, CA. Construction Manager / QC Inspector, $11.7 million, 6.5-acre site with 22,645 SF substation and 35,520 SF storage facility, New Construction, Design-Bid-Build. Fresno County Facility will serve as the headquarters for all patrol operations in the area. Community meeting room and houses detectives, patrol deputies, office staff as well as training. Oversaw daily construction activities, facilitates weekly construction meetings and meeting notes, review all PCCO’s and RFI’s for accuracy, manages project Schedule and budget to ensure the project stays on time and within the budget.

Central Union School District, Neutra Elementary School, Lemoore, CA. Construction Manager. Project consists of a comprehensive upgrade and modernization of the existing educational facilities including the remodel of 18 existing classrooms, blacktop play area, parking lot and field house and the new construction of nine new classrooms, restrooms and MPR.

Fairfield Builders, 808 West Luxury Apartments, San Jose, CA. QA/QC Electrical Inspector, $184 million, New Construction, Design-Bid-Build. 315-unit apartment complex in downtown San Jose at the corner of West San Carlos Street and Sunol Street. Each apartment is crafted to perfection with a modern, inviting style. Daniel was responsible for plan review, field direction of manpower and project schedule, client liaison interpreting construction processes and education, quality control of all electrical backbone and integral systems high and low voltage, and meeting facilitation with builder for project design, schedule and delivery.
Fire Shield, Various Projects, Los Banos, CA. QA/QC Inspector, New Construction and Renovations, Various Delivery Methods. Daniel was responsible for overseeing and executing a comprehensive range of duties to ensure the safety, functionality and compliance of fire prevention systems and equipment. Conducted annual and semi-annual inspections and certifications of fire prevention equipment, suppression systems and portable fire extinguishers, ensuring all equipment was operational and compliant with safety standards. He repaired and maintained various fire prevention equipment to guarantee optimal performance and safety. Led project management efforts in this role, including comprehensive planning and execution to ensure projects met defined scopes of work, budget constraints, and deadlines. Primary point of contact for new and existing clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Also procured project contracts for existing and new business development opportunities, driving growth and expanding service offerings. Conducted project inspections to ensure all aspects were complete and compliant before local Fire Authority inspections. Interpret blueprints and implemented the scope of work according to project specifications. Determined the man hours, materials needed, and equipment required to complete projects. As part of his responsibilities, Oversaw quality control inspections for all phases of new multifamily residential projects. Expertise extended to electrical installations in various environments, including two-floor industrial substructures, commercial retail space, and multifamily residential buildings. He created and managed work schedules for all electrical teams from the project's start to finish and was also responsible for directing manpower to fix any violations and ensure that work performed complied NEC 14, ensuring that city inspections were passed successfully. As the general contractor's on-site liaison, I performed final inspections to ensure compliance with building and electrical safety codes.
