Garden Center, stocking and maintaining products and plants, assisting customers, cashier.
Employment terminated due to Covid Pandemic
5/08 to 11/13 – Owned and operated Earth Matters Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance, LLC
Lawn care, landscaping, maintenance for private and commercial properties. In 2013
I turned the business over to my son upon my retirement.
11/06 to 4/08 - Moss, Codilis LLP; Asset Recovery Specialist- I handled the accounts payable
for various departments. Contact lawyers and vendors to resolve unpaid invoice issues and
pay invoice from general ledger. Set up new vendors and vendor information changes in the
system. Created an excel spread sheet on attorney’s. Plus, I am back up for the Inbound Call
Center Bankruptcy Department, answer customer questions in regards to their mortgage and
their bankruptcy
12/02 to 8/06 – Washington Mutual Bank FA; Customer Service Research Correspondence
Representative – responded to customers written requests for copies of documents from their
mortgage loan; replied in writing to the bank customers questions concerning their mortgage
loan payments, etc. Transferred to the Default Distribution Department - In this department
I scanned documents from the Default Department Research Correspondence department,
spooled letters for printing, transferred letters to third parties for printing, processed Cransten
letters, collected and distributed work and mail to various departments, sorted documents,
maintained six printers and inserters, sorted letters into jobs and processed them in the Hasler
M4000 inserter for mailing.
5/02 to 12/02 – Flytele/British Airways; Reservation Agent – Inbound call center, answer
Customer questions and resolve problems and making changes the customer may have with
their flight itinerary, also booking a flight for the customer.
