• I am in charge of all thing’s payroll including processing bi-weekly payroll for two entities which has both salaried and hourly employees, registering and filing state taxes for 2 entities, making sure benefits, 401k, wage garnishments, and all variable payments (bonus, commissions, reimbursements, etc.) are paid on time and accurately, and answering all payroll questions from employees in a timely manner.

• Recently merged with Major League Pickleball and have been a part of implementing a new payroll for the new entity that was set up for these employees.

• I am always looking to make processes more efficient without losing accuracy and I have done so by implementing a reimbursement policy with all reimbursements loaded to ADP and stream over to payroll, along with the implementation of streaming benefits into ADP and over to payroll as well.

• Work closely with HR, Finance, and different department managers to make sure all payroll related matters are well communicated and aligned with the company’s direction.

• Set up Vendors in Sage Intact for Accounts Payable, load journal entries in to Sage Intact for accounting.
