Experience successfully managing fracturing crews (crews range from 10-25 operators) with Weatherford International frac division as a supervisor, coordinating frac operations for 7 years; managing and training operators to supervisors, managing the safety processes and being accountable for company assets. Establishing and monitoring productivity goals for frac and wire-line operations as an operations Manager. Proven Leadership skills gained from managing frac operations for 3 years with Lewis Energy Group in South Texas. In the past 3 years I have been a Completions Well Site Supervisor (company-man). Reporting to Lewis Energy Group District Manager, responsible for managing all aspects of operations for 5 frac crews, $320 million of assets, 155-person staff for the fracturing division and a $3.5 million dollar monthly budget. Coordinating 25 frac tanks for our Frac jobs.
Interviewd and worked side by side with HR during the hiring & termination process that was ivolved. Provide proper documentation that involved all operations.
Increased our fracturing production from 60 stages with 1 Frac fleet to 160 stages with 3 Frac fleets in 2 years. Responsible for hiring operators for all Frac department & Wire Line division for2 years.
Developed an operation forecast on a monthly basis so that it could allow our Completions Division to operate without any delays.
Reduced cost by searching for new vendors that could provide same service or better for less money, saving the company over $1.5 million a year in the fracturing division.
