This self-driven solution eliminated manual reporting and, exposed production bottlenecks, defect hotspots, and non-compliant workflows—enabling targeted process improvements and a measurable boost in yield.

Designed and programmed an ISO-compliant IQS system across all manufacturing departments to support QC data collection and analysis. That project was done within just 4 months, surpassing the original one-year deadline. Trained IQS users, managed IQS SQL database, and developed BI visualization.
