I am an experienced Data Center, Database and Data Analytics Manager working interactively in enterprise system environments with project implementations with some hands on for SQL, providing application and database reporting utilizing Power BI and Excel. I successfully led open system database development standardization, (SQL in Databases) projects that incorporated coding changes, testing, error tracking, environment promotions and technical documentation and several enterprise systems monitoring and management projects. Most recently, leading DBAs to automate monitoring using Shell scripting integration with monitoring tools and establishing Data Analytics with governance.

My experience spans multiple platforms (UNIX, Windows and some Linux), Middleware software, RDMBS (Oracle, SQL Server, MS Access), monitoring tools (Patrol, CA, Tivoli, OpenView, Quest Spotlight), ERP (SAP and JDE) and workstations.

My key strengths include; Managing/leading technical teams, architecture review, process/procedure improvements/automation, database upgrade and migration projects, standardization (ITIL and ITSM), disaster recovery, business continuity and implementing large multi-platform projects adhering to a SDLC to meet scheduled dates. I am proficient with the MS Office suite (including Project and Visio) and Power BI reporting leveraging it to market projects and supplement management communications.

My infrastructure leadership experience includes operational production support, resource planning and budgeting, capacity planning, proactive partnering with infrastructure and customer resource managers, vendor management, coaching and mentoring with SMART objectives, service delivery management, change management adherence and incident management (identification, escalation, communications, timely service restoration, triage, impact assessment, RCA and mitigation follow up.

I maintain a thorough understanding of the application development, infrastructure support and a passion for data quality with data being a key asset of the company. I am very interested in leveraging my managerial strengths, project management and infrastructure experience to lead and establish a direction of high availability.
