I am a biochemist who recently completed the Master thesis 1 in Bahçeşehir University for the degree of bioengineering.

I aim to receive advanced training in the field to then later down the line start research on possible effective treatments for crippling diseases, Alzheimer's snd Parkinson's being the ones I have taken the most interest in, the goal being to promote better quality of life for those suffering from such diseases.

Date of graduation: June 2025, first year and Master’s thesis 1 are complete The subjects I took in the first year of the Master’s degree were fundamental concepts and applications in biomedical engineering, bioengineering basic techniques, cell and tissue engineering, lasers in medical sciences, advanced immunology, research methods and ethics, special topics in bioengineering, and cardiovascular mechanism.

During the thesis phase I was working on a hypothesis regarding the efficacy of silver nanoparticles in protecting brain cells against neurotoxins. The neurotoxin was hydrogen peroxide. I performed many experiments from the synthesis of these nanoparticles to culturing of the cells, then placing them in the suitable conditions for study. The results obtained were promising.
