I took care of front counter as well as prep and back window(cash handling).This preped the next shift for nightly/daily need for new supplies. I mostly closed cleaning the main area that were used and shuting things down for the evening. Stocking for the morning shift.

Improved equipment maintenance by tearing apart and taking the ice cream to freezer and cleaning the parts that were associated with the machin. That help improve the functioning of the equipment and over all safety of the machine and how the next shift operated it.

Front Desk Receptionist/Housekeeping 07/2000 - 04/2002 I started out as housekeeping. I stocked and cleaned rooms based off of who checked out that day and was registered the previous night. I then carryed the bedding and linnens to the stock room/utility area. I then made my way to 3rd shift working front desk. I greated customers and did the check-in and out process(Room keys) also took payment. Stocked bar areas for accommodation and any other items they may have needed. Made sure the next shift was aware of issues and any standard realated things we needed to worry about. I also was in charge of my drawer and checking till- making sure it totaled correctly and then filed it down base off there system.
