As a dual Canadian and Brazilian citizen with over 20 years working at the intersection of technology and operations, I have led IT functions inside companies that needed them to actually run the business — not sit on the side. ERPs that work end-to-end, infrastructure that does not break, data pipelines that give leadership what they need to decide.
Most recently, as Co-Founder at Nuvark, I have been running a software house that builds AI orchestration platforms. Docker Swarm in production, agent pipelines, API integrations, automation across operations. I had done something similar earlier at ZTT, where I led the IFS ERP implementation and built internal SQL/Web systems to reduce operational risk.
Across Dorigo, Orica, ZTT, and earlier roles, I have always led IT as part of broader operational responsibility — close to finance, close to operations, close to the people running the business. That perspective made me a different kind of IT manager: one who treats technology as a means to an end, not the end itself. After 20 years leading hybrid IT and Finance functions, I am now focusing my career on dedicated IT leadership roles. The work itself has not changed; the title finally matches what I have been doing all along. I am not looking for the next turnaround; I am looking for a place to stay. A company where I can build a stable, modern IT function and grow alongside the team. I want to join a company and still be there five years later; part of the team, part of the story.

PROFILE
For over twenty years, I have led areas where technology and operations meet — implementing corporate ERPs (SAP, Epicor, IFS, Totvs), building data architectures, and modernizing infrastructure inside companies that needed to run reliably. At ZTT, I led the IFS ERP implementation and built internal SQL/Web systems to reduce operational risk. At Orica, I led the global Epicor implementation. At Dorigo, I modernized the IT infrastructure alongside Finance and HR. More recently, at Nuvark, I run an AI orchestration platform on Docker Swarm with end-to-end automation, alongside Linux environments and Microsoft stack (Azure, Microsoft Entra, SharePoint).
