I performed duties such as: completing refill request on patients medications; tracking shipment for medications; giving status updates on approvals or denials on applications. Helping new patients apply for our program. My assignment ended with the Novartis Patient Assistance Foundation back in March 2023. RemX assigned to a new program called Sun Pharma. My duties are data entry as well as taking inbound calls from patients and field reinforcement specialist. I enter data in our system off of applications from patients and providers as well with this program. I am currently still working with this program. I have been with RemX for 7 months thus far.
