Inputs: Temperature, current, voltage, and vibration sensor data. Processing: Custom-designed multi-sensor PCB (Proteus/EasyEDA) with ESP32 firmware acquiring data via ADC, I2C, and UART; cloud communication over MQTT/HTTP APIs; Python backend with MySQL storage deployed on AWS; Random Forest and ONNX-based AI inference for motor fault prediction.
