I was a call center representative at Lexus of Westminster’s service department. I have done tasks such as answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments for service and/or recalls, making outbound calls to convert leads into customers, following up with guests on their service to ensure everything went above their expectations, resolving guests issues and finding solutions, documenting interactions to improve efficiency, and providing proactive customer service. I have used softwares such as CDK, Tekion, and Dealer Daily to complete these everyday tasks.

At I-10 Toyota, I was a full time receptionist and cashier. I would take phone calls from guests and transfer them to any department they would like to speak to. I also answered any questions guests may have regarding sales, service or finance. I would log in gas tickets, take care of the gas bill at the end of each month, log in the sales calls on the computer and organize dealership folders. As a cashier, I would take payments for any service done or parts purchased. After taking payments I would scan, catalog, and close every paperwork in the computer then count all the receipts and the money at the end of the day to make sure the cashier reports were accurate.
