Sourcing:

Off-shore sourcing /production right supplier with minimal cost and quality in Bangladesh, China, and Vietnam. Negotiate and confirm garment F.O.B pricing for the assigned category/line. Fabric procurement from China, India, Korea, Thailand & Bangladesh.

Production:

Follow up orders from pre-production stages to the final Inspections until cargo loading of an order.

Manage Design and Marketing on the status of all garment samples to support the launch

Relay all production-related issues to cross-functional departments (Technical department, Research and Development, Lab, Logistics and Inventory).

Chasing sampling, lap dips, accessories submissions, fabric quality tests, in-house lab, and setting up Master Colour & Quality Standards with the Textile Department.

Follow up with the Technical Department to ensure the factory has all the information required for Proto and fit samples.

Synchronize Marketing & Sales dept. as well as Buyers (Local contractor/customer) for approvals

Lead into rectifications with the client and send comments to the vendor for preproduction samples and bulk production. Also, send any special artwork, Labels, or other details such as packing instructions, button details, and other specifications.

Communicate with overseas offices to encounter production quality that is under work in process. Correspond with overseas and domestic vendors regarding orders and delivery issues. Ensure delivery is on time and be able to manage potential delays if they happen (Based on the inventory/replenishment team)

Fabric & garment production plans, review In-line and final inspection reports before shipment for all outstanding orders. Maintaining the M3 database with up-to-date shipment schedules and work-in-process information. Release sample & bulk POs for assigned vendors and circulate them. Shipment arrangements, booking, loading, forwarders, and Logistics. Ensuring all criteria are met to issue Production Release Forms for the Logistics Department.

Vendors/overseas offices claim settlement as required. Coordinate with overseas Photo/Preview/Core Customer SPL/TS/SS/DS / Ad sample and E-commerce samples and make sure samples arrive on time, analyze air costing, garment shipments, and all necessary arrangements to lower the shipment cost.

Ensure all required samples are received and arrange for payments. Create and update new season chart for photo and preview samples status. Packing instructions and maintaining the correct data in the system
