Service Details on Metro Projects

Dubai Metro Project

Dubai metro projects consist of two packages, one is green line which starts with Al Qusais and ends at Deirha and another one is red lines starts at Al Rashidiya and ends Jebal Ali. Both have elevated and underground stations as well as depots. Depots have maintenance sheds, CCO buildings, traction substations and extra.

My roles in Dubai metro packages are senior engineer and construction manager — map services, and I have the responsibility as

1. Site installation with approval drawings and materials 2. Coordination with project partners and internal team like procurement, design, quantity survey, quality control and health & safety

3. Participating in a weekly progress review meeting with consultant and client for smooth completion of the project.

4. I have contributed to this project 1.0 years as senior MEP engineer and 5.6 years as construction manager, a total of 6.6 years serviced and completed the project successfully. Qatar Metro Project

In the Qatar Metro project, we have executed a car park (1B+G+2) and my role is as project manager -MEP and the responsibilities are

1. Installation of electrical and mechanical services (Electrical services, fire alarm system, CCTV, BMS, public address system, automated gate barrier system, heat and ventilation system, FF system, public health engineering services and extra.

2. Participating in meetings frequently with consultants and clients for progress review and update as well as monthly invoice submission for smooth cash flow of the project. 3. I have serviced in this project for 2.9 years and successfully completed it and handed it over to the client. Indore Metro Project

Indore metro has two packages, 2A and 3A. Both packages have 16 elevated stations and 19 km viaducts which start from Indore Airport to Malvia Nagar (Radisson square). The project was awarded to M/S.URCC in 2021.

2. Managing Liasoning part with the concerned authority to get proper estimation and approval for utility diversion (Division of Overhead and underground services) 3. Vendor finalization and management for diversion activity and monitor progress at site to ensure the proper clearance for metro construction activities.

Over all service period in Indore metro projects is 4.4 years and still going on Also involved in managing MEP services establishment work, Electrical service safety at site and Plant & Machinery coordination at various projects.
