Seasoned Office Controller with QuickBooks Proficiency

Gentlemen:

I have only worked one job in my career.

I worked thirty years for Eastern Stair Builders of MD, Inc.

My title with Eastern Stair was controller; I handled everything there was to do in the office. You name it, I did it! Eastern Stair was sold back in 2005 and all new management took over. In 2010 the new management went out of business, I retired!

I have excellent computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks and able to learn proprietary systems/applications quickly and easily.

I excel within a fast-paced environment, continually taking on increased levels of responsibility.

I have my own vehicle, only missed snow days at Eastern Stair.

I am energetic, can multitask, maintain a positive attitude, highly motivated and intelligent.
