Maintain Portainer support for both Open Source and Business class customers environments using Docker and Kubernetes, also both Linux and Windows OS.
We use Portainer to manage every facet of Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes and Azure ACI in the GUI and the command line to deploy containers and stacks via a Docker standalone and Swarm (cluster) environments. We are also able to manage Kubernetes clusters as well I believe the version is 1.21.1 but we can deploy them both from images and manifest or yaml files.
The support is from basic social media such as Slack,Discord, and Github systems.
We support all forms of deploying or running containers via Docker or Kubernetes. Some of the issues are general yaml file syntax to actual issues such as networking, via overlay, bridge, or custom networks. We apply port mapping and image creation via github.
Docker, Docker Swarm, and Kubernetes commandline deployment and management.
Currently Portainer v2.6 was released and we are supporting and logging bugs such as Stack Validation with RBAC, Git integration enhancements, Environment Variables not working properly.
Use Happyfox as a ticketing system that allows use to use GitHub as a knowledge base vehicle.

Raised Existing Domain functional level from 2003 to 2012
Powershell scripting to alert if a new User, OU, or Security Group was created in the environment and by who.
We were also planning and mapping Roles/Personas to Security Groups as well as mapping Applications to Roles/Personas.
Work with Palo Alto Firewall at the time this is v8.1 also pfSense firewall/router.
Cleaned out existing OUs and Security Groups that were empty and not nested in other groups.
We built out 4 Windows Server 2019 boxes and converted them to Domain Controllers to replace existing 2012 Domain Controllers.
We created some OUs called Obsolete Groups, Obsolete OUs, and Disabled users to store the cleaned up objects in.
We created a powershell script to find all users who had not logged on in 60 days. I disabled and moved those accounts with the script.
This was just a general Active Directory cleanup.

We use VMWare 5.5/6.0 to create and maintain Virtualization in frastructure.
At this time we employ Jump Boxes for Employees who need access to other areas of the Environments. Those we can control access to said areas via the group policies.
We have migrated 75 Servers/Jump Boxes to this point
We are also using admt v3.2 tool to help migrate users and existing policies to the new domain.

Implement Bhyve API in the Joyent Infrastructure via the image update process from Joyent.

We leveraged Artifactory as the Docker Image Repository.
Deploy environments via Chef Automation and Terraform, reason for this is we can deploy a whole environment in a matter of about one to two hours depending on size environment.
