Highly motivated individual with twenty years of experience with the Department of Child Support Services. During this time, I worked as a Supervisor – Child Support Specialist, Supervising six Child support Specialist II and one Child support Specialist III. I have trained two Child Support Specialist, III for the Call Center, twenty-one Call Center Agents and five Child Support Specialist II to achieve the department’s goals.

Guides, supervises and schedules staff; prioritizes and assigns cases and projects; develops staff skills and conducts performance evaluations. Provides training to subordinate staff.
