I am licensed in North Carolina, Indiana, and West Virginia for health, Life, and Medicare insurance. Research databases, set up one-on-one meetings, and sell insurance to families to mitigate financial risk.
Based on prior fundraising experience, I work best in person in a one-on-one setting. Also, I can work remotely via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Duo. I build long-term relationships to improve sales or donations.

Report to the Executive level of staff, the board of directors, and other similar authoritative groups. Serve at the executive level, reporting to the President or CEO.
Create and implement development operations policies, donor database, staffing plan, position descriptions, and accounting procedures.
Create a development strategic plan, development budgets, and post to fund accounting and donor database systems. Worked with the annual CPA Auditing service to prepare 990 forms.
Create and maintain a stewardship plan to appropriately thank donors.
Establish community-based development committees to design and manage fundraising projects within their respective areas. Invite community members to align their prospective purpose with the committee's. Examples: Annual Gifts, Major Gifts, Faith, Planned Gifts, Grant, and Special Event committees. Host monthly committee meetings.
Create and implement Annual Gift projects such as mass mailings, employee giving clubs, volunteer giving clubs, telephone programs, and other community initiatives.
Create and implement Major Gift Clubs for corporate, faith, and individual donors at +$1,000. Build lists to +125 Major donor lists and meet annually. Major Gift donors usually designate their gifts toward facilities, equipment, and supplies needed to improve organizations' services.
Research area foundations and load them into the donor database. Interview organizational staff to determine the Vision Brochure, which outlines the organization's needs to improve departmental functions. Write and submit grants to private and public foundations that match the Vision Brochure and their mission of service to the community.
Create and implement all policies and procedures for a Planned Gifts Donor Club. Complete a wealth screening of the database and identify donors with significant wealth. Meet with donors and present Major and Planned Gift opportunities.
Create and implement 2 to 3 Special Events annually that align with the organization's mission and the donor community. Match area corporations to sponsorship levels.
