Geiger Grading, Operator, Starkville MS 2026-Present

Operated multiple pieces of equipment from motor graders, bulldozers, and excavators. I did rough and finished grading. I also processed raw material from a chalk quarry. I ran GPS on multiple parts of the jobsite from under cuts to finished grades. Managed stockpiles for materials including the 3-1 slopes. I cut and stoned all access roads and lay down yards with a bulldozer and a motor grader. Coordinated with drivers hauling stone to cut them off for the right amount of stone. I was promoted to a straw boss to manage one section of the jobsite.

Hewett’s Lot Cleaning, Foreman, Operator, Holdon Beach, NC 2024-2026

Oversee clearing, grading and removal of debris and overburden from half acre lots up to thirty acre lots. I operated excavators, bulldozers and dump trucks. I cleared trees, brush and root mat before grading. I installed culverts for driveways and access points. I dug footings, made laydown yards if needed.

I was promoted to Superintendent in 2023. After Hurricane Helene hit North Carolina

Mountains in 2024. I was the Superintendent overseeing clean up at the Baxter Pant, I was in meetings every morning to coordinate with ten other contractors who were on the job site also. I operated excavators, bulldozers and motor graders to remove debris and mud and rebuild the rivers path around the Baxter Plant. I also installed three large culvert pipes in the river to build a temporary bridge to gain access to the jobsite. I finished grading for all roads and parking lots where they had washed away.

Blythe Grading, Forman, Grading, Charlotte, NC 2016-2020

I Ran bulldozers, excavators and motor graders. Oversee rough and finish grading for NC State Highway projects. I was over three crew from rough grading to finish grading. Checked all grades with GPS rover. Set up GPS for rough and finish grade in equipment. Oversee dirt stabilization and compaction testing with state inspectors. Over erosion control for the project. Attended meetings with Superintendent and other Forman to plan for the day.
