Server - (Current) Professional and personable server at Shark Club Sports Bar & Grill in Northlake, providing high-quality guest service in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment. Monitored radios, alarm systems, and tracking software to maintain situational awareness, and documented all calls, dispatches, and follow up actions in departmental databases. Coordinated with local law enforcement, fire, and EMS when necessary to ensure timely and effective response to campus incidents. Provided clear, concise communication between field units and campus offices, and completed routine administrative tasks such as incident reports, shift logs, and coverage updates.
