Duties and Responsibilities
Help dispatch trips and help dispatchers with trip coverage, hold hiring events to enter onboarding
forms and train new hires. Manage fleet maintenance and delegate tasks as needed. Hold fleet
drivers accountable by carrying out write ups as needed when company policies or safety policies
are broken and issue terminations if and when needed. Issue weather warnings to drivers and
organize solutions when drivers call for help whether they get stuck, break down, or get a flat on a
trip and stay up on the progress of said situation. I also Provide help to other areas as needed and
organize van moves from location to location as needed.

Within the short time that I have been Site Supervisor at Hallcon I have also helped train other
supervisors here and there with some of the programs we use.
