As an Office Associate II, my job duties and responsibilities included, but are not limited to, assisting Probation Officer with updating or creating new intakes into the database then locating or creating new file folders to pass on to the appropriate Probation Officer. Duties also include greeting and assisting the public/Probationers with any questions regarding their probation and collecting payments. It is also the responsibility of the Office Assistant to Order supplies for the entire office, and to keep and maintain a log of all Purchase Orders and Receipts. Other duties may include assisting the Probation Officers or RCA/RCM with minor projects or assignments.

U.S Security Associates- Security Officer
March 2011-March 2012
As a Security Officer at the Portland International Jetport my duties included, but were not limited to, keeping the curbside clear of vehicles and the flow of traffic moving smoothly without incidence, penalize owners for violating the rules of the jetport by leaving their vehicles unattended (by writing City of Portland Parking Violations/Tickets), and importantly by assisting passengers in the direction they need to be going to make their flight, and doing it with pride and great customer service. At the same time, as a Security Officer, we were the first to come in contact with the passengers, so everything said, everything done, or everything observed must be taken with great seriousness and precaution, and reported accordingly within the Chain of Command, if necessary.

Securitas Security Services- Security Officer

As a Security Officer, my sole responsibility was to maintain security, while presenting professionalism and courtesy in the workplace. The job entailed signing in visitors who had appointments with administrators in the bank, while monitoring employee activity, and making routine fire, safety and security checks throughout the building assigned. All logs were kept, and any abnormalities were logged and reported immediately to the direct supervisor.

My job was meet the changing need of dentists in New England by providing an extensive range of laboratory services and products, from implant retained overdentures, to zirconia restorations for dentists to give their patients the best oral care provided.
