JOB RESPONSIBILITY: Production Shift leader

•Team Leader- production dept. of M/C line & Assy. line..

•Meeting & follow up of Management for Objectives and Managing points - checking points.

•Daily Production Targets setting for all lines along with PPC personnel.

•Introducing Pokayoke on line.

•Daily Quality problems follow up & taking & freezing countermeasures.

•Daily rework & rejection follow-up, safety follow up & taking countermeasures.

•Daily Production Gap, down time analysis.

•Responsible for achieving Line efficiency, Operator efficiency for its improvement and Overall efficiency eqiupments.

•Responsible for smooth production on all lines.

•Responsible for New manpower training (Product knowledge, Process knowledge, Daily Work Management, safety knowledge, TPM, 5S, Kaizens & other systems used on shop floor), existing manpower multiskilling & job rotation.

•Implementation of new Kaizen ideas & preparing Kaizen idea sheets.

•Increase production per hour by fulfills Line balancing requirement and Kaizen from 57nos/hour to 80Nos /hour at knocker assy.
