The P3M project has been initiated as part of the Business System Programme to deliver this.

Actively participated of knowledge transfer from TCS and understand the business logic behind each BP, UDR or any Integration process creation.

There is some urgency in proceeding with the given likely benefits that can be realised of removing legacy systems and aligning SW process with best practice. In Order to provide early benefits to the business, it was required to deliver the NEC3 contracts scope to SW commercials team at the earliest and hence delivered as Phase-1 and rest functionality as Phase-2 & Phase-3. Phase-1 is very limited scope covering NEC3 process for contract management on Unifier, which is not only in-line with alliance partner requirements but were highlighted in Nov-2015 detailed review as critical gap. Phase-2 & Phase-3, will provide functionalities as per requirement gathered. The implementation of P3M project is endeavoured to deliver using Oracle Primavera P6, Unifier and Analytics application, which aims to deliver a successful implementation of the solution through a staged journey.
