Customer Service & Quality Technician

I have * years in customer service experience including fast food and retail. I am definitely a people person and a quick learner. I have been working in the manufacturing business for the past 12 years. I am currently employed at ZF industries as a quality. I have worked my way through as an operator, repair technician, team lead and ultimately I had been given the opportunity to learn to be a quality technician.
