Joint Intelligence Operations Center: Korea (JIOC-Korea) Support Division United States Forces Korea (USFK), Republic of Korea 2023 – 2025 Directed the planning, design, and management of end-to-end intelligence operations across four unique branches (foreign disclosure, security, military admin support, and human resources) while building customer relationships with the Combined Forces Command (CFC) and USFK senior leadership (under INDOPACOM), promoting collaboration and cross-functional integration, leading special projects, and orchestrating the allocation and delivery of resources in support of critical missions. Recognized with the Civilian Meritorious Award for introducing data-driven, high-impact solutions that resolved emerging challenges.

Spearheaded digital modernization and automation projects, including the ShareDrive to SharePoint migration, Power BI deployment, and the MS Excel to human capital dashboard conversion, while coaching and training users on the use and implementation of solutions and promoting positive digital transformation in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Deputy Chief, Strategy and Integration, Deputy Director for Global Integration (DDGI) China Mission Group (CMG), Washington, DC 2022 – 2023 Managed the standup of DIA's China Mission Group (CMG) to a global priority, recognizing the great power competition with our nation's most formidable adversary and the prioritized requirement to produce intelligence for the Intelligence Community (IC) and the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE). Hosted multi- functional, multi-level focus groups to support the pivot and led strategic planning, communication, and integration efforts (following a 20-year delay) that redefined DIA’s posture toward power competition while liaising and collaborating with stakeholders across the intelligence community.

Solely launched and managed an enterprise-wide communications and marketing program with videos, interviews, infographics, trifold publications, newsletters, and signage that reached 80% of the 16,000-member workforce within six months.

Secured approval from the Director of Global Integration and CMG leadership to award 25+ team members $40K+ in financial awards and 20+ hours of PTO due to program success.

Produced intelligence demonstrations and leadership briefings that increased awareness and reshaped the agency’s understanding of China’s threat to global power, which ultimately promoted strategic counteractive measures to mitigate the risk. Deputy Division Chief, Strategic Engagement and Operations Machine-Assisted Analytic Rapid-Repository System (MARS) 2019 – 2022 Oversaw department operations to launch and implement a flagship modernization initiative that revolutionized the collection, management, analysis, and sharing of robust amounts of technical data by the Intelligence Community (IC), Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE), and Five Eyes (FVEY) partners using defense-integrated cloud-based AI/LLM systems and tools. Managed a team of 20 with three direct reports.

Led the MARS team to secure the Defense Intelligence Agency Director’s Team Award.

Directed MARS strategic communications, online presence, global engagement, and training to drive enterprise adoption of dynamic, data-driven analytical technology across the IC, DIE, FVEY, and allied partner networks during a high-resistance change period. Built and delivered MARS 101 briefings for 11,000 users, created the first MARS curriculum in collaboration with JMITC, and launched the first cross-intelligence Community Technical Advisory Meeting to align stakeholders and integrate tools through Agile methodology.

Achieved a 95% adoption rate in the novel program by introducing incentive programs that awarded $50K to early MARS adopters, establishing weekly meetings, and championing a unified cross-command framework with roles, responsibilities, and requirements.

Secured millions in cost savings, including $4MM through resource management/resource allocation and redundancy elimination, as well as $60K through virtual course delivery; reinvested funds to enhance the training department.
