I used to manage a team of 80 people till the last day of my work. The process was a live chat process that needed support 24/7, 365 days a year. There were shifts divided into slots of 3 to 4 hours. I had to arrange people in different slots, as per client criteria. I worked as a Roaster Manager in different live processes from January 2012 to October 2025.

Before 2012, I worked in live chat support, and I also managed the shift in which I worked as the Shift Manager.

I have worked as Live Chat support agent in seven different types of Live Chat processes.

Along with the live chat support agent, I worked as a Virtual Assistant in the company from the year 2010 until November 2012.

As a Virtual Assistant, I have done a wide range of assignments of different types for different international clients. Apart from other assignments, I also wrote e-books for clients in this capacity for mainly US based clients.
