Along with Total Threat Protection Anti-virus software on all computers, I initiated SentinalOne managed detection and response along with WatchGuard firewall with Endpoint Protection modules and Microsoft Defender throughout the Company. Since all this was implemented, Champion never had a successful virus infection, ransomware attack, or any other type of data security breach.

● Designed EDI mappings for our EDI customers for Purchase Orders (850), Purchase Order Acknowledgments (855), Advanced Shipping Notifications (856), and Invoicing (810). Installed security camera and DVR system thought the building.

● Researched, purchased, and customized Service Desk Plus software to create, manage, and track I.T. Support tickets; Network inventory, computer loan program, knowledge database, and purchase orders of the I.T. Department.

● Integrated the two office Networks and Domains when Champion purchased Winco.
