2. Co-extruded barrier polymers (ethylene vinyl copolymer with other thermoplastic resins) for various applications in

food and beverage industries (Nippon Ghosei – Japan 2001)

3. 3-layered co-extruded thermoplastics for underground heating pipe (Nippon Ghosei –Japan 2001)

4. IV bag with improved bursting strength – medical application (Nippon Ghosei – Japan 2002)

5. Co-extruded polyamide with polyethylene barrier resin for gasoline tank (Nippon Ghosei 2002)

6. Proppants for hydraulic fracturing in Oil and Gas Industries (Borden Chemicals – USA 2003) contract

7. Fishing line varnish transition using polyvinidlene fluoride fiber (Pure Fishing – USA 2003)

8. Developed polyamide 66 blended with hydrophobic polymer for prevention of permeation of CaCl2 salt in car

radiator end cap (Monsanto – USA 2006)

9. Developed a more elastomeric car air duct (Monsanto – USA 2007)

10. Polymer sensor for detecting failure in aircraft (US Army contract – USA 2010)
