This position involved services to customers, such as order placement/account information, scheduling and confirming appointments for clients. I performed many clerical duties daily as a greeter and directing patients to prearranged procedures and doctor appointments. Maintained client confidentiality, set up and managed an electronic filing system, used other office equipment such as, copier, fax machines, and other applications assigned.
