blocks, mailbox quota alerts, Recoverable Items growth, litigation hold conflicts, and archive issues
using Exchange Admin Center, Message Trace, Defender, and PowerShell.
• Provisioned remote mailboxes in local Active Directory utilizing Enable-RemoteMailbox, enforced
delta syncs, and assigned E3/E5 licenses to automate Exchange Online account creation.
• Administered Tier 2/Tier 3 support through ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams for Outlook issues,
Autodiscover, password resets, mailbox moves, shared mailbox access, Send As/Full Access
delegations, aliases, and OneDrive/SharePoint data access.
