including Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Care Support functional leadership in managing Pricing, Promotions, Assortment Planning, and Allocation Strategies.

Developing Costing Strategies including TNA, BOM, PPM, and Production Planning according to DOD. And managing end-to-end Vendor relationships across the Supply Chain. Execute Testing Para Meter via FPT & GPT according to SOP and Brand’s needs as well.

Driving E-commerce Strategy, including Catalogue Management, Marketplace Operations, B2B & D2C channels, and sales analytics.
