I started off a regular guard when I first started with Tactical Response Security inc. my first week I stated off with 12 hour shifts, going site to site if required picking up shifts if needed, within my first 3 weeks I got assigned to the please touch museum where I was a regular guard again but working with a team 5 and 7 at times. Within 6 months of being a security at the museum I was on the radar to be next in line to be the supervisor of the Tactial Response Security team. I would see the our security was lacking and other team members were less engaging at work and it showed in their work we did have Supervisor but they weren’t the leading type the supervisor our security team had was someone who let others do the work and I know being the leader it’s the other way around, being the leader of the security team you have to be able to work with others you have to be able to deal with different personalities and we as a team was lacking leadership someone who can guide the team and work within flaws of others. Prior to me being promoted to the Security Supervisor for Tactial Response Security Inc. at the Please Touch Museum I work extremely hours to show I was the right person for the position. At the Museum they would have night time events that start from 6pm - 12am there are numerous times where I have work doubles so working long hours is no issue at all.
