I was working at a manufacturing company in Rocklin. I do repairs on Tube and Bottle filling machines. I also did all the building repair work new power drops and PM’s on the forklift.

Coast Dental Services Oct. 2012 to Oct. 2018

I was the Facilities Manager for Ca. and Nv. I took care of 50 dental offices. I did repairs on dental chairs, air compressors and the vacuum pumps. I also did dry wall and painting touchups. Coast Dental sold all their offices on the west coast.

Jampro Antenna’s Mar. 2010 to Oct. 2012

I was the maintenance tech for the company. I did PM’s on all equipment. I also did plumbing and electric repairs.

Western Dental Services Mar. 2008 to Mar. 2010

I am the facilities maintenance tech for N. CA., NV, and AZ. I am currently doing repairs for 70 offices. These repairs range from changing/installing lights, plumbing repairs, dry wall and sprinklers. What ever had to do with the site I either did the work myself or if it’s too time consuming, I would contact an outside vendor for repairs. I also did building inspections and kept records of all repairs done at my offices.

Sonoco Sept. 2006 to Feb. 2008

Sonoco was a start up company in Woodland, CA. I set up the maintenance dept, set all machine maintenance schedules, maintenance library, all maintenance machine forms and trained the other maintenance tech. I ordered all spares parts and tracked all machine down time.

Wayne Perry Inc. July 2004 to Sept. 2006

I worked as a maintenance tech; we do all types of work from replacing faucets to working on gas dispensers, repairing floors, walls, installing new/replacement equipment. I have also worked with the Construction crew doing major upgrades at gas stations, including EV upgrades, re-pipe, and oil storage tank removals.
