• Directed enterprise divestiture and integration supporting 10,000 subscribers, 3,000 agents, multiple BPO partners and support functions, meeting 100% of deadlines over 2-year Transition Service Agreement term.

• Held two roles concurrently, leading organizational redesign integrating PayTV and Wireless Technical and Network Operations into a unified operating model.

• Established Service Reliability Testing Team and protocol in less than 90 days, supporting nationwide network deployment.

• Directed multinational operating footprint strategy, including more than 40 executive site assessments, spanning over a dozen domestic and international and markets.

• Earned multiple JD Power #1 and #2 rankings while supporting Sprint's broader enterprise turnaround.
