Lead Design Checker-Data Integrity/ Maintainability – From August of 2012 thru March of 2013, I moved into the group of Maintainability for A320 to analyze requirements and Develop PowerPoints to show access of tooling and applying torque values for removability of fan cowls, hydraulic lines, actuators, equipment fixtures, wire harnesses, and other components along with Human Factors and kinematics. While still maintaining lead position on the GTF program which began in October of 2011 directing and delegating work load among Nine Checkers. Awarded in April of 2011 for Team effort and expertise in ENOVIA of the Release process on the Boeing 787. Other Projects worked were Airbus A350, A320, Boeing 787, Mitsubishi Jet, and Bombardier C-Series. Responsible for checking and releasing mechanical and electrical drawings. Checking CATIA datasets, PL, ADCN’s and DCN`s of Thrust Reverser, Torque box, Fan Cowl, Fibersim composite parts, electrical and hydraulic connectors, High temperature metallic and Exhaust components on Engine Nacelles of Pratt and Whitney, General Electric, and Rolls Royce for fit, form, and function. Daily Multiple Design reviews with Designers, Lead Engineers, M.E.’s, and QA to assure parts are released in an accurate and standardized manner.
