$155 Million Trenton Central High School in Trenton, NJ. The project was a fast-track Design-Build Project developed by the New Jersey Schools Development Authority for Trenton Public Schools.
• Responsible for the development, production of documentation and construction administration for the Packer South Gymnasium Renovation project for The College of New Jersey (TCNJ). Project included complete bleacher replacement, athletic floor resurfacing and painting.
• Responsible for the development, production of documentation and construction administration for the Albee Square Pre-K thru Grade 5 School in Brooklyn NY for the New York City School Construction Authority. The program was for a new School occupying 6 stories in a new 37 story Mid Rise - mixed use building including a 5th floor gymnasium. I was working with the developer and Architect of Record to provide the appropriate design accommodations for this very specialized project.
• Began the analysis and planning for an addition/renovation to the Catherine Dickson Hofman Library in Blairstown, NJ.
